If this Twitter post, by an apparent Sony employee is correct, all 2011/2012 “Xperia” branded devices should be receiving an Android 4.0 upgrade on the first week of 2012. Even better, the upgrade is suppose to be skin-less, meaning that it won’t have Sony’s “TimeScape” User Interface pre-installed, and will instead run a stock build of Android 4.0. There is no word yet on whether or not they will be like Samsung, and eventually add their custom UI back to the device, or if they plan on staying stock forever.
