Among all the new tablets announced at CES 2012, ViewSonic isn’t one to be left in the dust. Today they announced the ViewPad E70. Its a 7″ tablet that comes with Ice Cream Sandwich. Best part, should be retailing for only $169.99! For that price you’ll get 1Ghz CPU, HDMI out, front facing camera, micro SD slot and 4GB internal memory. Not bad for under $200 and good competition for other tablets announced like the ASUS Transformer Prime at the same screen size.

The only downfall is the lack of the Android Market and Google Apps. The Amazon Appstore will most likely work on it, as well as GetJar. But with the Android Community the way it is, how long before someone finds a way to get the official Market on there. Worth picking up with the other tablets in the same price range?
