More upcoming device announcements before MWC even starts. Samsung announced the upcoming Galaxy Ace 2 and the Mini 2. Both are mid-range phones probably focused more towards the new, beginner Android users.

The Galaxy Mini 2 comes with a 3.27″ display and a 3MP camera. It’s running Gingerbread (2.3) powered by a 800MHz CPU, 512MB RAM and 4GB internal storage. Surprisingly it also features NFC.

The Galaxy Ace 2 is slightly more powerful. Comes with a 3.5″ display with a 5MP camera that can record 720p HD videos. It’s also running Gingerbread (2.3) powered by an 800MHz CPU, 768MB RAM and 4GB internal storage.

The Galaxy Mini 2 should be available in the UK around April. The Mini 2 will be in France around March. Both should be coming to the Netherlands in Q2 for 199 euros for the Mini 2 and 349 euros for the Ace 2. Plan on picking one of these up? Let us know in the comments below guys!
