We all knew to expect new devices at Mobile World Congress running NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 chip. What we didn’t know was that those phones might just be in stores by the end of March.

According to Jen-Hsung Huang, CEO at NVIDIA,  he seemed to know pretty well that we’d see the new devices with those chips shipping in Q2.

“This quarter we are expecting to ship Tegra 3 based superphones. At Mobile World Congress is when we expect to announce these devices, and we expect to announce and ship them this quarter.”

Some of the phones posed to run the Tegra 3 chip are the LG X3 and the HTC One X which are rumored to be revealed at MWC. Does that mean that we’ll see those phones at carriers not long after MWC? What do you think? Planning on picking up a Tegra 3 device? Let us know below!
