News: Cincinnati Bell Getting the HTC One S for $199

Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen US regional carriers nabbing some higher-end devices, this time it’s Cincinnati Bell. The Queen City carrier will be getting the HTC One S on June 25th for $199 after a $100 mail-in rebate. Spec-wise, it’s the same as the T-Mobile variant here in the states.
