News: Judge Rules Samsung’s Galaxy S III US Launch Will Not Be Delayed Because of Apple
Last week after Samsung unveiled US availability for its Galaxy S III, Apple filed for a preliminary injunction against the device hoping to delay the launch of the Galaxy flagship. Today, judge Lucy Koh, who is overseeing the case, ruled that this move would be too much and told the two companies they would have to wait. She said she just wouldn’t be able to get it done by the June 21st launch of the device.
This doesn’t mean Samsung is in the clear though, as the trial will be taking place in July. Thankfully, Samsung’s path to launch the S III looks clear. Phew.
So, now that all that is out of the way, who’s picking up a Galaxy S III?
