It looks like Samsung may be taking a page out of ASUS‘ book with its latest patent filing. The company has filed a patent for a capacitive stylus with a wireless headset in the clip to make voice calls without having to buy a separate earpiece. Samsung also squeezed an NFC chip into the pen.

ASUS offers a stylus like this with their PadFone, but it is not yet available in the U.S. It looks like ASUS will have a hard time getting it anywhere else because of this patent.

Samsung included a stylus with its 5.3-inch Galaxy Note and they will also be including it with the Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet when it is released.
