Do you own a device that may not see Jelly Bean for a long time? Join the club. This app brings the live wallpaper from Android 4.1 to all devices running at least Android 2.1. There are little particles floating in the background that resemble Jelly Beans. It runs like a champ on my Galaxy S III.

The app is a 100% free, though there are some ads in the settings to help support the developers.
