The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has just suspended the ban on the Galaxy Nexus sales in the United States. Samsung made the request. It will only last until Apple responds and the court decides if the ban should be in effect for the duration of the patent infringement trial. Earlier today, the court ruled not to suspend the ban on the Galaxy Tab 10.1.

As we all know, it will not take Apple long to respond, though it may take a while for the court to rule if it should in force the ban for the whole trial. Technically, Google can now start selling the Galaxy Nexus via Google Play again, though the company has already said it will return next week with Jelly Bean. My guess is we will see it back up any minute now.
