The DROID RAZR HD has been rumored for a while, but you can’t go wrong getting some specs. The device appeared in GLBenchmark results yesterday and confirmed some of the specs we’ve been hearing.

The results confirm that the device has an HD display (1196×720) with navigation keys on-screen. It’s powered by a 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 processor, which is the same processor found in the Galaxy S III and One X. The device also has a codename of Vanquish.

The device will be coming to Verizon and presumably be LTE compatible. As far as release dates go, we’ll let you discuss that in the comments.
