It looks like Motorola may have finally realized that the MOTOACTV was priced a tad too high. The company announced yesterday night that it will be dropping the price of the 8GB to $149 and the 16GB to $199. Motorola is also selling a “multi-sport” edition that comes with a few extra extras, such as headphones and straps.

The MOTOACTV pairs with your smartphone and let you sync your fitness records to the cloud. It can also double as a pedometer and music player and can pair with ANT+ accessories, like heart rate monitor.

Does anyone plan on picking up a MOTOACTV now that they are so cheap?
