Here we have yet another Motorola device. This one is dubbed the XT907 and looks like another RAZR-branded device. It has a Kevlar backing and 4G LTE branding, which obviously means it will be coming to Verizon. It looks a lot like a mashup of the Atrix series and RAZR series.

The original RAZR had a model number of XT912, while the upcoming RAZR HD is the XT926. So this device looks to be right below those, which leads us to belive that it will be a budget device for Verizon.

Rumored specs include a Snapdragon S4 processor and qHD display.

Does Motorola need another device or should they just slow down?
